I provide OCD, Anxiety, and Trauma Teletherapy in Illinois.
In my practice, I mostly work with people experiencing obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), anxiety, and trauma. I work with many first generation college students, professionals struggling with impostor syndrome, and immigrants/children of immigrants.
I have training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Comprehensive Behavioral Treatment (ComB) for BFRBs, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I integrate these approaches with flexible, compassionate, and holistic style that centers the people I work with and provides accompaniment as they navigate their complex lives to find more meaning and fulfillment.
I am also trained in the Trauma Resiliency Model (Levels 1 & 2) and provide trauma informed treatment which integrates somatic interventions that prioritize our mind-body connection alongside traditional cognitive processing models.
